We are Aman and Raman, and our mission in establishing Evolving Pathways goes beyond simply offering services to learners living with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. The journey began when our son Amar, who is 4 years old, was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2. Upon receiving the diagnosis, we faced numerous challenges, from seeking tailored therapeutic support for our family's specific needs, to finding a supportive community with shared experiences.

Amar's development was significantly impacted by his diagnosis, encouraging us to recognize the urgent need for support during his crucial developmental years. Having personally encountered the obstacles in accessing Applied Behavior Analytic support, we are dedicated to leveraging our resources to assist those facing similar challenges. Through Evolving Pathways, our goal is to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and supportive community for individuals living with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities, along with their families.

We are lucky to have the opportunity to witness the transformative impact of ABA therapy on Amar personally. We hope to share the excitement behind breakthroughs, both big and small, through fostering the development of an inclusive community. We recognize that there is a community of families that may not have the same access and are still working to overcome those barriers. As parents, we believe that every individual with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our hope in establishing Evolving Pathways is to create more opportunities for access, ultimately reaching to service underserved communities in need of support.
